Human being is nothing but a product through reproduction uniquely made of intrinsic and extrinsic content that must be efficient rather than to be deficient otherwise chaos and problems are inevitable. When virus of deficiency related to particular or multiple scarcities and insecurities would enter in the life of a human being, it must be scanned in the form of cure, rehabilitation or reformation, otherwise it would affect individually as well as collectively in larger form of other human beings. At the turn of the twenty first century, human beings, including individual civil and political liberties, as well as meeting the physical and material needs of human society, are accepted concerns for development both as outcomes and conditions for sustained progress. It is in this backdrop that this paper attempts to analyse how social work profession ensures that social workers develop scientific knowledge and professional skills to tackle human problems, understand their needs and access available resources to provide solutions at the individuals, groups and communities levels. The paper is categorized into eight parts. The first part deals with the introduction. The second part discusses about energy and its values. The third part describes the process of reproduction. The fourth part focuses upon the continuity of reproduction. The fifth part presents the human beings and inherent attributes. The sixth part deals with the interaction of inherent attributes with external attributes. The seventh part focuses upon the proportional relationship of all reproductions. Finally, the last part presents the role of social work profession in human life along with conclusion.

Social work has gone through different phases and has acquired local interpretations that, in many cases, reflect differences in the development of welfare regimes. Its common roots were lost not just as a result of these developments, but also in the collective memory. Selective memory has its own economy; in the case of social work, the profession’s collective memory became detached from the grassroots ideas that distinguished it from the charitable activities of the church. Reading the texts of women pioneers, we can see that the origins of social work were closely connected with social movements that contributed to the development of the basic principles of welfare states: equality, social justice, well-being and solidarity.
The field of social work is concerned with the welfare of others and with social change that promotes social justice. Taking a client-oriented and solution-focused approach, social workers improve individuals’ and families’ social functioning. This approach requires social workers to remain aware of the connections between the individual and societal structures, of the importance of practicing at multiple levels, and of the ways in which theory and practice inform one another. A professional practice is informed and guided by the societal goals and that of the profession concerned, its mission to contribute to the creation of a better society based on professional ethics and code of conduct adopted to regulate practice, the constitution and law of the land, international trends and commitment to address them and covenants, challenges facing the society, the development of new knowledge, method and technology. This implies that no professional practice remains static and confined within a national boundary. Its focus is both local and global. It may be noted here that social practice, which can include citizens’ initiatives, social praxis, movements, protests etc., is broader than any professional practice and social work practice for the matter.

The starting point of this paper is the view that social work practice is highly skill activity. However, students face difficulties in assuming the characteristics of the profession. Social work is a practice-based profession based on principles of human rights and social justice, aiming to empower and liberate people. In this regard, social work candidates are required to possess certain characteristic and to receive a qualified undergraduate education both theoretically and practically. Accordingly, while choosing a career, people focus on several aspects of the profession such as a good salary. However, social work is not a kind of a job to do for profit, on the contrary, it is more than that. The central aim of this article is to provide information about social work profession, and to make this subject accessible to students of social work in order to encourage them and enlighten the transition period of social work from education to working life.

Abstract Social work is the application of knowledge, values, focus and practice/methods in a person-in-environment context to accomplish its functions with the primary concern of the total well being of all people. It involves different settings such as individuals, families, organizations and communities. Every stage of life has its peculiarity and associated problems which social workers have been trained to ameliorate. Most of these problems cannot be solved by the sufferers, or just anybody, it needs a professional with skill. Since human beings are social creatures who interact, problems are bound to ensue. They also depend on other people to help address many of their needs and solve their problems. Social work is then seen as an agent of rescue in meeting those needs and solving the problems that emanate from the children, family, school, health and mental issues. This paper aimed at looking at social work profession as an agent of rescue assessing the networking of the services and the enormity of the job. Professionals in the field should see their work as a tasking one that needs commitment. As many that love to join this noble profession, due to the population growth and increase in problems are welcomed. The government and entire populace should endeavour to make test use of these services to lead a purposeful life.
